DSP Builders, Inc. completed the 201,364 SF, $18.2 Million Design-Build Ground Package Facility with the Developer, SunCap  Property  Group.  The facility consisted of a manual   distribution   and   sorting  facility  located  on approximately 25 acres of land in Broomfield,  Colorado.   Work included extensive site work, site utilities, concrete paving, asphalt paving and the construction of one site cast tilt-up concrete building with TPO roofing system and architectural accent features along with other smaller buildings on the site.  This project was completed in February 2015 on a design-build  FastTrack approach including design and construction of the core, shell, site and tenant finish build out.
