The property located at 5000 Osage was originally occupied by Keebler.   DSP Builders, Inc. to was contracted to demo the existing facility and construct four (4) new buildings, CENTERPARK.   The first two buildings (A and B) were completed together under Phase I and the last two buildings (C and D) were completed under a separate contract as Phase II.  Building A features 108,000 SF that is divisible into 14,400 SF units.   Building B features 176,800 SF that is divisible into 20,400 SF units.  Buildings C and D combined comprise 254,800 SF and are rear load design as well with 34' clear height.
