Northrop Grumman’s 131,300 SF office building consisted of the construction of a new 3-story, tilt-up office building with full tenant finish.  The exterior facades of the tilt-up building consist of concrete wall panels with paint system, clerestory storefront, canopy entrances and architectural masonry accents.
