This project consisted of the core and shell construction of a masonry retail building to house two separate tenants, built on continuous footings and a concrete grade beam foundation system for a total of 5,000 SF.   Work included core and shell steel stud framed building with masonry and stucco exterior and minor tenant finish work.   The building design included storefronts, canopies and stucco cornices with minor electrical and plumbing work prior to tenant lease, for a lot located at 10398 Reed Street, Westminster, Colorado.
