​DSP Builders, Inc. completed the Armstrong Relocation project which consisted of the core and shell construction of one site cast concrete tilt-up building,  30,000 SF with the ability to expand an additional 15,000 SF in the future.  The exterior facade of the building  consists of site cast concrete tilt-up panels to 42' high with an interior clear height of 35' except for the office area. 

 

​This project also included tenant finish for a two-story office area with restrooms. 

 

Scope included full-service design and construction for a 5 acre lot located at 36th and Odessa in Aurora, Colorado.
