DSP Builders, Inc. completed the 124,000 SF, $6.9 million, design-build, tilt-up Warehouse Building for Corum Real Estate Group in September 2016.  The facility consists of a core & shell warehouse facility  located  on approximately 7.4 acres of land in Denver, Colorado (Adams County).   Work included demo of several existing structures  on-site  including asbestos abatement, site work, site utilities, concrete paving,  asphalt paving and the construction of one site cast tilt-up concrete building.  This project was  completed on a design-build  approach including design and construction of the  core, shell and site.

 

DSP was also recently awarded the 36,303 SF Cambria Tenant Improvement project  which just kicked off October 2016.
