Raytheon consists of a single story 70,600 SF building and a three story 105,000 SF building.  Both buildings consist of slab on grade, steel frame, steel columns, bar joists, with  exterior bearing tilt-up concrete wall construction.  In addition to the core and shell construction, this project includes an extensive tenant improvement build-out.  Some of the government’s most rigorous security measures were implemented.
